I have recently brought this product and have already loved it! It comes with three settings: Lift, Tighten, and Infuse. Each has a little bit of a zap but I have loved it so much so far! If it hurts, you can choose one of the level settings until you can get quite used it. I can already feel a difference on my face. It comes with a Hydrating Conductive Gel based with Aloe Vera that I throughly recommend using it before you light the machine—I could feel the tingles better that way.
